Arrival Process

Natural Dog Pool 

  1. Arrive AT time of booking 
  2. Use the POOL secure dog release parking area
  3. If early, wait in car
  4. Only enter the POOL enclosure if sign says VACANT and the POOL is unoccupied
  5. Use code: SENT with the booking confirmation 
  6. Ensure gates are closed, move sign to OCCUPIED, and accompany dog into the enclosure
  7. Remove lead and enjoy your session 
  8. Exit POOL enclosure before the end of session  (NB sessions are 45 minutes in total)
  9. Put dog on lead and move sign to VACANT

Dog Walking Field 

  1. Arrive AT time of booking 
  2. Use main car park or secure dog release parking area
  3. If early, wait in car with dog on lead
  4. Only enter the field enclosure if sign says VACANT and the field is unoccupied
  5. Ensure gates are closed, move sign to OCCUPIED, and accompany dog into the field enclosure
  6. Remove lead and enjoy your walk!
  7. Exit field enclosure 10 mins before the end of session  (NB sessions are 50 minutes in total)
  8. Put dog on lead and move sign to VACANT
